"The room was clean, and qiuet. Breakfast was good, had variety of food. Please noted that there is no hotel shuttle to/from the airport. We tried to dropp off the postcard at the hotel, but they said they don't have that service. The hotel name is Suites Cristina apart hotel, not Residence Inn Cristina."

"The location is the best thing. Two blocks or less too, The beach, the bank, the casino, the supermarket, restaurants/bars, rentals and shops. The pool is large. The rooms have a small kitchen with a bigger common one to use. Each room has an outdoor eating area and hammok. It at times felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. "Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...
