"I the hostel served its purpose for the price. Very quiet and the sister property across the street provided the amenities that were not available at the guesthouse. Decent stay, which they had air conditioning."

"Very cozy with all shared balcony and the hot tub was a huge plus! A true oasis in the city!"

"Excellent value with a helpful and friendly staff. Lots of cool art work and has a nice Spanish hacienda type of feel. There is a gated parking lot with lights as well. This was the 2nd time to stay here and will stay there again next time we are in San Jose!"

"For the most part the hotel was just fine, nothing really fancy or exciting about it. I think the staff could use a little customer service skills retraining. Breakfast was included and was pretty decent."

"Everyone was super kind just a little expensive to do laundry lol 10$ USD which was almost 15$ Canadian . Breakfast was toast and fruit . Place was clean . Only complaint would be the people upstairs being very loud all night sounded like moving furniture around scraping on the floors & dropping things . Staff was very respectful and kind . <3"

"Great location if you want to catch the “vibe” of San Jose. Plenty to see within walking distance. Family of 5 adults, and our suite was perfect for all of us. Staff was very friendly, especially to us English only speakers. The included sit down breakfast was delicious (4 options to choose from). If you have a car, the parking garage ramp under the hotel is east to miss and it’s right for a large SUV (manageable!). Highly recommend!"
