Everything was clean throughout the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options. "This property has an incredible view of the volcano and the most amazing trails right on the property. The property is full of wildlife, and we were able to watch spider monkeys swinging from the trees from the balcony of our room, as well as watch a variety of native birds and other native creatures without going anywhere else. "Very centrally located. Great staff. Rooms overlook forest and farm. Floors can get slippery with all the condensation. They provided umbrella in room which came in handy. Breakfast was just ok. They have an egg station to make your eggs the way you want. Fresh fruit and coffee. Very minimal options for Gluten Free. Pool is nice and central and open from 9 am to late at night. Offers beverages and food at the pool and has great Spa amenities.if I were to stay in Lafortuna again I would stay...

"Clean room and excellent housekeeping with a beautiful backyard to our hotel room, overlooking arenal volcano! The included breakfast buffet was delicious with many options, fresh juice and ripe fruit. The restaurant was a little expensive, and there’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance of the resort. The hot springs weren’t particularly busy when I went, and they were like warm bath water. I tried all except for the hottest at the very top, there were 11 pools total. It’s a nice...
