"If you only stay in upscale 5 star - this isn't your accommodation type. The rooms have old carpeted floors so wear your shoes. Other than that- beds were comfortable and everything was clean, there is coffee and tea available 24/7 and a small bottle if wine to welcome you. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. You can use their sister property with hot spring pools free of charge and they will even lend you a towel! The place has an area to shower and change for guests from San Bosco. "

"Everything was great. The only thing was the hours for the hot springs, 11am to 9pm. Maybe 10am to 10pm, I believe would be more suitable. "

"It was a nice place. The hot springs were enjoyable and having a wet bar and restaurant on site were a plus. I am a running so you can jog on property but no side walks on roads. We had no complaints other than we had an issue with lock on door but they fixed. Wish they had ice machine but the bar was accommodating. In short. We highly recommend "

Great breakfast was also included with room and you got to choose from a traditional Costa Rican fare or one with an American flare. You will not be disappointed with your stay here "

"The place truly grows on you. While the property is a bit dated, the people more than make up for it with their warmth and helpfulness. We stayed in a chalet overlooking the volcano, and on a clear day the view was simply enviable. The breakfast staff goes out of their way to make mornings pleasant, and the front desk team is consistently friendly and supportive, contributing greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay"

"We stayed in #6 and had the most amazing view of the volcano. There's a couple restaurants within a very quick walking distance- one next door, one across the street- so finding a place for dinner was super easy. The room had a lovely sitting area, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The property had a walking/hiking trail that was gorgeous. It took us about 30 mins to walk the loop. There was also a common area with a fire pit and some chairs to enjoy the property....
