"This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped."

She also upgraded us to the villa garabito from the premium casita with a stunning view of the Arenal volcano. I have never had such a smooth trip with everything taken care of pre arrival. Our rooms were cleaned daily by Josie. Fresh towels provided and was spotless. A cute towel animal was placed...

"We reserved for the view which was everything we thought it would be and more. We found that above all, the staff was the best! We felt at home. We have someone who cant walk far or manged the holls and they carted us to and from the other areas of the hotel! They arranged activites and gave us the Pura Vita vibe!"

They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
