"Beautiful resort to spend time with family. Vegetarian dinner options were limited at La Casa restaurant and kind of expensive (nevertheless, you have a lot of restaurants outside at La Fortuna, but everything else in the resort was very nice and awesome! Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, resort is clean, pools, hot springs were great! Excellent resort!! FIVE STARS! We went in December 2025!"

Very cozily decked up for the holidays! The guest service staff were very helpful. They helped us with day tours booking for various activities. Comfortable and luxurious stay.
