"The view at this hotel is amazing, but the hotel has fallen into disrepair. We almost never had hot water, which they seemed to be able to remedy after our complaining but then it would go out again. The pool swim up bar was never open or operating during our stay. There was a smaller pool with jets that looked like a hot tub but it wasn’t hot or operational. The quality of the bedding and furnishings was budget hotel level. Las toallas de baño y de piscina de muy buena calidad. La amplitud de la habitación es otro gran plus y es de resaltar que está equipada la habitación con minibar y cafetera. Everywhere you went, the amenities were well-kept. The spa was top-tier, and the restaurants were delicious. Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!"
