"the location was very beautiful with great food. The staff were always on hand and were quick to provide great service when needed. The land itself is a bit difficult to walk around because of so many hills(even going from the rooms to the pools is a hill) but there are several golf carts to help carry people around when required. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a wonderful cove with a small reef and kayaking. A great vacation overall"

"This hotel is amazing! Courteous and helpful staff greet you, including a resident cat. Breakfast is good with an outstanding view. Make sure to watch the sunset or the monkeys by the bar. Pool is a perfect place to cool off and relax. Restaurant serves fresh seafood and other offerings. The location is off the main road a bit so it is quiet yet accessible."

"This place is truly a gem. From the special attention given upon arrival to the extraordinary hospitality we received throughout the stay, this is truly a resort I would highly recommend to anyone. Couples, families. Something for everyone. A separate adult pool for more quiet but the family pool with waterfall and water slide has adults also partaking in the fun. "The hotel really is at the top of a mountain so the views in every direction were amazing. Stayed in the main building level one. Full access to the whole park's network of trails and suspension bridges makes this an ideal location for wildlife viewing. Road up is very steep but it is safe because it is one way traffic with separate roads going up versus going down. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Supper quality was good, however not much choice for vegetarian, other than salad and...

"The property is within a 5 min walk of Manuel Antonio park gate as well as a long beach. Located a block off the main road, so a quiet location. Breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit every day and made to order from a variety of menu items. Supper was excellent as well. Room was well equipped with fridge and coffee machine. Handy luggage rack to lay out wet clothes. Nice pool at both the main hotel and the one across the street (Gardens). We stayed at the Gardens location ground floor...
