"Rooms are very large and very clean. Beds are very firm. Nice balcony! The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the young man who took us to our room, was probably new and overloaded the elevator and broke it. The other staff rescued us quickly. There are iron spiral staircases, which we used the remainder of stay, being very careful because it was raining. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Close to Manuel Antonio national Park....

"It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. "

"The whole facility was incredible - super clean, breakfast was great, view and grounds were spectacular, and the staff - Andreas and Ivan were so helpful and wonderful to chat with! Only improvement my wife suggests is providing a mattress topper option as the beds were firm. (No issue for me!) Oh need to mention the cats - she loved them!"
