Dear Owner,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the way the restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations were being handled during my visit.
It was completely unacceptable to see that these areas appeared to be managed by essentially one person while more than 30 guests arrived for dinner service. An operation like that reflects a troubling lack of empathy, not only toward the customers, who are left waiting and underserved, but even more so toward the employees, who are clearly being overworked and unfairly burdened.
Running service in this manner makes the establishment look cheap and abusive toward its labor force. That is especially disappointing because the place has the potential to be truly great.
I want to be clear about one important point: every employee we encountered was unbelievably helpful, respectful, and highly professional. The problem was not the staff. The problem was that they were visibly overworked, unsupported, and placed in an unfair situation.
I sincerely hope you take this observation seriously and review your staffing and operational practices. Your employees deserve better support, and your customers deserve a level of service consistent with the quality your hotel could offer.
