We stayed here twice and both the times to staff was excellent, the property was centrally located, it felt safe, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and felt like it exceeded our expectations.
the stay here was amazing. My family and I were very well received and we really enjoyed our stay. we really love this place and look forward to our next stay with them
Everything worked perfectly. The air conditioner kept the temp all night. The bathroom was large and clean. All staff was friendly. We enjoyed our food and drinks on the rooftop when we arrived.
Employees were very friendly and helpful when asked for help and they were very polite at all times.

Check in is on the 18th floor with amazing view along with the pool, buffet and bar. It was easy and they gave us a room with large windows and a view of the river and city which was nice. Room was clean except when I pulled the bed sheets down there was a tag from some new clothes in the sheets and 2 flecks of black ??? We were just too tired to go back and ask for another room but I put that in a baggie and gave it to them upon check out, and my husband slept in that bed. Over all the hotel is very nice. Breakfast buffet was ok it but seemed like it had been out for some time. They did cook the scrambled eggs more for us as they were on the rarer side. Views are spectacular and the buffet area was very clean. Parking was easy and we would stay there again. Great location on the malcon. Great staff.

The Hotel in General is good. A good location along the promenade, the conditions of the Hotel are good. The staff is great, very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. Dinner quality good, not great. A very nice rooftop pool and bar. We got a extra large room, family size although we didn't need three beds, but that was fine. My complains: 1) The room had one light switch that put on everysingle light in the room. No way to separate parts of the room. For example, if I wanted to reed while my wife wanted to sleep, there was no way to do that. If you plugged an accessory like an Iphone into a wall outlet, the moment you shut off that main switch the entire room light's would go off, but unbeknown to me the plug where I had my Iphone charging would go also off, so that in the morning when you thought you had a phone charged, that was not the case. The bathroom lights were also crazy, one was too low to see your face, if you put on the second one, it was a bright light around the frame of the mirrow that would not allow you to see much and if you had the door open, the light from the window in contrast would make your face disappear, So I basically had to shave without fully seeing my face
My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Guayaquil was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even welcomed with one of their signature warm chocolate chip cookies a small detail that sets the tone for a great stay.
The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and excellent air conditioning perfect for the Guayaquil climate. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely a breeze
The cleaning service was amazing. Next time it would be nice to have a few more towels but it was a good experience over all. The ramp is also very hard to get into because it’s extremely steep. Having someone there to help drive the car up would be ideal.
They dont tell you that reception is in 18 floor and no one help you with the luggage, parking is hard to find and no signals , you have to walk inside the builkding and figure it out. They charge you for early arrival and for visitors , the food is boring and the music in the dining room very loud you have to yell to have a conversation .
