"Misleading photos.
There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required.
The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice.
But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure"

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food.
It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view!
The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner.
We ate in the hotel on just one of the evenings and have to say it was probably our best meal in Bellagio.
The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Had a wonderful stay. Staff very helpful. The panoramic view from the terrace of room 306 is amazing!
We enjoyed staying away from the main touristy towns. Easy to get around on local bus with live updates on actual arrival time at your stop on your phone (rather than just timetable) really helpful. Free buses between Menaggio and Argegno after 7 pm during the summer months were an added bonus."

The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying.
