You really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend!

What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day. We will be back!

absolute perfection in every single way. Felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Staff went above and beyond. The lake is incredible. Perfect temp for swimming and super clean. Must go boating! Food at all restaurants was magnificent.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aria Retreat & Spa. The room, the view—everything was exceptional and made us feel completely at home. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Matteo, who assisted us with both check-in and check-out and made everything seamless. We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day. Thank you again for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This is your spot

We’ve stayed in some beautiful places and Aria will not disappoint. The staff, however, is the real star of this show. From front staff to back of house they offer a true 5 star experience. After a whirlwind trip through the expected stops (Venice, Verona, Lake Como) we wanted something a bit more low key but with nice amenities. The VIP spa experience is worth the extra expense for a memorable afternoon and their tasting experience restaurant is as good (or better) than NYC. That they are an upscale boutique hotel as part of a larger hotel property provides large hotel amenities but exceptional quick service. Oh they even have Donkeys you can feed which was super cute.

A gem of a place. Little paradise on lake Lugano away from crowds but conveniently 15 minutes to Mennagio and 20 minutes to Lugano. Amazing, spacious, well appointed rooms, beautiful facilities, out of this world swimming pool and jacuzzi. But what makes this place truly unique is people. Martina, Michela, Matteo, Tecla, Serena you are amazing, warm, incredible people. Thank you for your top notch service, attention to detail, promptness, friendliness, kindness and AMAZING help. You truly made our visit special and we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Como and will definitely be back with my family. A true gem!
