"This site has a keypad entry system which the outside pad is worn. We could not get in, no phone number to call, difficult finding a customer service person with Expedia. Honestly the multiple attempts to get in, numerous phone calls ruined the experience. Breakfast was supposed to be at our door in the morning, everyone else had theirs, we either had ours stolen or didn’t get them. If your going to use a self check in, a number should be easily accessible"

"Very nice location, however the parking is on the street (can be hard to find) . Very steep staircase, so it is not easy to drag the luggage up to the third floor. Shower was combined with bathroom on our floor, not very convenient. And there was a lot of noise from both some construction or repairs, and also other guests."

"Overall, we had a good stay here. The hotel was very clean, the bathrooms were nice and modern, and the common areas were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms themselves were definitely on the smaller side — more of a “just enough space for your things and a place to sleep” setup — but that honestly worked fine for us since we were out exploring Reykjavík most of the day anyway.
