"The room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed, and the floors wasn’t that clean, however the staff was absolutely amazing! And super friendly which made us look over a room that wasn’t 110% clean."

"We stayed over Memorial Day weekend in a suite, which was very nice and comfortable. We ate breakfast every morning in the lounge. We spend most of our free time on the Lake, so great parking space for our boat. Only thing that bothered us was the slamming of the exterior door on the west side of the building."

However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated."

"Asked for a handicap room on round level, got a regular room on the 3rd floor (elevator was inoperable). Front desk lady made it right. Overall, pretty shoddy and we will nor be returning."

"Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great."
