Room didn’t even look like it got cleaned. Smelt like vomit. Nobody working the front desk. Had issues with the room and the phone wasn’t plugged in so we did not have a direct line for help. In the middle of the night dogs were barking random people were jiggling our door handle. Did not feel any kind of safe and was not clean.

I saw 1 hotel employee during my entire stay. Check in process is done via a video screen and you're talking to someone virtually, takes much longer than it should. The door to my room could easily be pushed open even when locked. Overall it looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in months.

If you just need a place to stay for an emergency night, it’s fine; however, my three-day stay was a bad experience. The place is in dire need of a deep cleaning—there were even a previous guest's panties stuck to the shower curtain. The curtain itself was dirty, as was the carpet, and the sheets were stained. Furthermore, the hallway reeked heavily of cigarette smoke—an odor that seeped right under the door—and the breakfast was a complete disaster: extremely meager.

This was the second worst stay at a property I have ever had. The place was dirty, outdated and what is supposed to be a smoke free facility reeked of cigarette smell in my room, causing me to have an asthma attack. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but left after 1.

I had no good things to say about this property. It was dirty and rundown. The hallways smelt of dog urine and smoke the room upon arrival was disgustingly dirty and for the first couple days of my stay there was NO HOT WATER plz don't stay here its not worth it

Check in was done with a person on video. I hate these types of interactions and hope hotels do not go this route. Is it also not safe for me as a single female traveler to take the staff away from hotels. The room and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

First it took about 1/2 to check in although reservations were made a month prior. Second no HOT WATER for the whole building. Still no hot water when checked out in morning. Free breakfast room open at 6AM but no food in sight. Juice machine not working.

There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again.

The staff present in person were excellent and you could tell they were exhausted. My room smelled so bad that i bought a candle to help. It was strange because the main areas of the hotel smelled fine but my room was terrible. Breakfast was fine and had enough options to choose from. The property was run down but was overall okay. I definitely won't stay here again.

It was a good place to lay your head for a night. No major complaints. It was clean but dated. I would stay here again. Only feedback I would give is to get the musty smell out of the rooms and the hallways, otherwise was great.

I do not understand how this place is so well rated. For the price it is what I should have expected however. The good: shower area new remodeled and clean. Walkable to a grocery and liquor store. The bad: there is no one at the front desk. There is a kiosk with a remote worker on video and they scan your id on it. The remote worker is not a great replacement, they scan your id and the cash part of the machine wasn't able to accept cash. Also, its a hotel you can pay cash for apparently. Its pet friendly and even if you don't have a pet you could end up in a room with dog hair like we did. The water in the sink only came out a trickle, hot or cold. Theres cigarette smell wafting through the vents, not sure if coming from the doors or just people smoking in the rooms, i mean what would the remote front desk worker do abt it.

Whole property stinks of weed! Smokers everywhere.. The pictures are deceiving. There were flies in the hallway and mold in window seals! Very old and dirty rooms, broken tiles in bathroom, and noisy floor! No Microwave, No fridge.. Terrible experience!

Absolutely HORRIBLE property! If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures shown on Expedia is NOT the property when you arrive. The lobby is different. The rooms are different. I took pictures and it’s NOT the same. When we arrived I noticed the lobby was different. There is no front desk, you have to check in using a kiosk and you speak via a camera and see someone from another country that checks you in. Went to the room and it was disgusting. Smelled horrible carpet was stained. Called the front desk because I needed sheets and a pillow for the pullout sofa when I opened the pullout sofa, there were stains on the mattresse and on the couch. The front desk changed my room, when I checked into the other room, it was the same exact thing but worse. Smelled like mold and mildew, blood stains on the walls, flies everywhere. The carpet underneath the sink was sopping wet. I just checked out. I was not about to stay there. I took pictures and would be more than happy to share. DO NOT STAY HERE!
