"J'étais sous les toits et franchement appartement très agréable un peu bruyant le matin dû aux travaux juste à côté mais sinon super !! la cuisine est fonctionnel bien équipée, la salle de bain sympa. "This boutique hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We loved our room which was very spacious and had a great view. We also loved the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect and near lots of shops. It’s a short walk to the river as well. "Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient.
