"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect.
Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater.
Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings.
Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Tout était parfait . Logement tÚs confortable :bonne literie, excellente isolation thermique et acoustique. L équipe est trÚs sympa et réactive (nous avons eu un problÚme avec la wifi et malgré l heure tardive on a pu joindre le patron)."

"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé :
Nous sommes entrĂ©s dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© faite. ObligĂ©s d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de mĂ©nage, aprĂšs s'ĂȘtre battu pour avoir une rĂ©ponse au tĂ©lĂ©phone (service client ne rĂ©pond pas).
DiffĂ©rents Ă©lĂ©ments non fonctionnels (prises et lumiĂšre de tĂȘte de lit, siĂšge extĂ©rieur cassĂ©, fixations des rideaux qui se dĂ©crochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...).
Pas de mobilier...
