"The Breakfast was nice but the backroom staff was rude and unhelpful when asked a question just I don't know. They do not have coffee available in the lobby nor any coffee pots in the room. The elevators (just 2) were very slow.
The rooms were clean and very nice the ocean view was amazing."
"Check in was A breeze!!! The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. Our favorite was the lazy river. The only 2 downsides were one of the elevators was out of service and you had to pay for parking. Other than those 2 issues which were really no issues at all our stay was amazing and I am literally fixing to book our next adventure with this place."
"Property was beautiful! We had a king suite facing the gulf. We had 2 nice balconies. Property has 2 large pools with tons of seating options, sunny or shady including cabanas you could reserve. One pool is 21 and older. The other pool is a family pool. There are 2 walkways down to the beach area which was very clean. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent but you can bring your own plus coolers if you want. The Outside bar, snack bar and restaurant where they served breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had good food and quick service! Unfortunately, the Perch restaurant was not open 2 of our 3 nights there. We heard it was very good.
My only complaint is that there was a lack of communication from the front desk staff and concierge service. We weren’t told about any amenities or given a tour of this large property when we checked in. We had to find things out on our own or by asking other guests. Just seemed to need a little more training at the front desk department.
It is a beautiful complex, well maintained and surrounded by family friendly things to do. We will definitely try to come back and bring more family!"
