"I was in Richmond for hip replacement surgery and the staff were all very accommodating. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and everything seemed in pretty good shape. The fan in the bathroom would occasionally get very loud which was a little annoying. The main reason for the 4/5 stars was that the restaurant was under construction for the majority of our stay. As I was bedridden for most of my stay, I was hoping to rely on the restaurant food for some of my meals so I had to come up with other options."

"The airport shuttle wasn't in good shape. The seat belt was broken. We had issues with ants in our room and got moved to another. But staff were good and friendly. Air conditioning and heating were nice. The breakfast was kind of mediocre, there was circular eggs, sausages plus some small bread items and a pancake maker."
