"The phone in the wrong did not work so I had to go downstairs to the front desk. The guy brought the cart up but we wasn’t ready so ask for 5 minutes to get our stuff together since he couldn’t leave the cart. He knocked at the door in 3 minutes saying he had other things to do very rude. The thing about it if the phone worked I could have requested the cart at the exact time that we needed it. However the bell guy was not being very helpful or understanding. Terrible experience!"

"Beautiful property with excellent service. My only complaint would be the number of umbrellas available at the pool. There were plenty of umbrellas available for individuals who rented the upgraded chairs but they were very limited for those who didn't upgrade. I even tried to just rent an umbrella. Only about half of the upgraded chairs and umbrellas were occupied."

"Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance"

"Stayed one night on a road trip from Texas to Georgia. There were three of us sharing a room. The rooms were so spacious and so clean. It’s off the beaten path so you do have to drive to eat, but they’re building an ihop right next door. Will definitely stay here on future trips! There was an indoor pool and hot tub but we were all too tired to even try them out. Staff were all very friendly and there was plenty of great parking."

"First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit."

"Stayed here for one night on a long haul trip between San Antonio and Tallahassee. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bay view room was quite nice and comfortable. Sports bar food was average but service was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful, clean property. I would not recommend if you experience mobility or balance issues. There is no elevator and the floors are extremely slick which caused my husband to fall multiple times."

"Parking was in the back of the property. It was easy to get into the house with the code. Our room was upstairs and we had no problem getting into our room. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade. We were able to walk down to some shops and get a bite to eat. "
