"Lovely property staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always there to greet you at restaurant times and get you seated. Would always bring drinks ie water coffee or alcohol which was nice. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly even put the football on the tv for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and mini bars in the room always stocked. All in all a lovely resort with brilliant hard working staff would definitely recommend."

"Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
