"First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance"

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful & clean with lots of places to lounge about. The room was lovely & spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The buffet had a wide selection of food each night. Bear in mind if you travel at this time, some of the à la carte restaurants weren’t open for the first few days due to low season. Highly recommend overall and will definitely come back "

"Lovely family environment. Felt safe and secure. Room was really spacious. Pool, slides and bar all relaxed with an easy going attitude. No safe provided with room and this is a paid extra but easy to rectify. Breakfast was great with a huge selection and something for everyone. Economical and I would go back in a heartbeat."

"The place was really spacious, especially the living area, bedroom small but cosy. The pool was clean and great size. Nice city and mountain views from the pool and bar area and a bit from our room. The beach is 10 minute walk, the shops and eateries next door. Balconies are very small but cute and are enough for smoking .
