I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). "My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!"

"Es war hervorragend in dieser Unterkunft zu bleiben! Auch wenn’s nur eine Nacht war. David hat uns netterweise alles im Haus und im Garten gezeigt, aber auch viel über die Umgebung erzählt! Wir haben sogar kostenlos Karten für die Seilbahn (verschiedene) und für die Bergbahn bekommen! Dadurch konnte man über 100-150€ für 5 Personen sparen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. "Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
