"Hotel was good Staf good "

"We checked into our room and went to take a shower at which time the water scalded me and the handheld nozzle blew off the hose. If I had been standing near it, it would’ve seriously injured me with the force with which it blew of. The towels were dingy at best and our friends who were traveling with us had a leaky air conditioner, and the next morning we had no hot water and their lights were not working. Although they did change our friends to a different room - that room was the one that didn’t have working lights or hot water. When we called the property management (because they were never on site except for our check-in), they told us we could just work out the room charges amongst ourselves, but would not refund any money. We told them we would give them a bad review and they said OK - warning don’t stay here."

"This hotel is very clean and well tended. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was on the small side, but perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked a little more surface areas on which to put stuff, a kettle in the room and a shower cap. "
