"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Ideal hotel because the hotel is fantastic and it is right next to Ariake Garden Mall. The hotel restaurant is a must do and the rooms are clean and large enough to move around. It is a convenient location and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Pro - Location - subway is at the same building Breakfast - very good Room - we were on 13 floor and view was fantastic and size was good. Hot spring - fantastic view Con - Location - it’s a bit far from center Staff - there was no service at all. You will need to go down to lobby for “everything” such as towels, pillows … toilet paper. They won’t do any delivery. Room - it got really noisy in the morning Hot spring - you need to bring the towel from your room. Will we stay here...

"The hotel is at a good location with 2 subways stations, many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The room is a bit small by North America standard but functional."

"Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo."

"Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing."

"Very clean hotel, nice (smaller)rooms - wonderful shower. Pillows are awful - they become 2 cm thin after not very long. I asked the night auditor for 4 extra pillows (2 for each of us), and his questioning of the request was totally weird and just not necessary. He asked me why I needed 4 pillows, and told me that was too many to ask for. I didn’t understand why he was questioning me about this, but he explained to me that they have only so many extra pillows. He then negotiated me down to...
