The staff were super attentive and welcoming, which is impressive considering it's one of the busiest and most chaotic weeks of the year in Canberra (Summernats car festival). "Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"Great property. Large room. Well appointed and clean. Canberra light rail station directly opposite which is convenient. Perhaps it's a little too far to walk to Civic, but it would be manageable if time permits. "The staff were kind and the rooms are great. I really appreciated that they automatically upgraded me to a larger unit. It was very quiet and had everything you need for a long or short stay -- including washer and dryer. There's a long-term project of installing a light-rail system in Canberra now, so to reach it from the main city bus stops, you have to navigate around a lot of closed roads...but it wasn't too bad. "Good place to stay if you need a kitchen and room to move. Apartments have a full-size kitchen with hot plates, oven, fridge etc. There’s plenty of space for luggage, toys, travel cots etc. There’s heating/cooling in every room (split system), which works out well for Canberra summers and winters. Only downside is that the apartment is clearly uninsulated and becomes unbearably hot if you’re on the top floor. Of course, you can always turn the A/C on, but it just feels so wasteful!"
