"The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. "

"Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. "I had a lovely stay at the Cubana in Ballina. They are the friendliest staff I have ever met and always had a smile and a chat. The rooms were spotless and I just loved that I had a kitchen and laundry available anytime of the day. The pool was sparkling and the grounds well cared for. The rooms were quiet and even though many people stayed, I didn't hear them. Thanks for a great stay."
