"Worm water is weak in the shower. The windows need maintenance; sometimes air leaks in through them during strong winds. The hotel is far a little bit from market, need to walk around 25 min. The overall experience is good, in general good stuff, thanks for all of them."

"Breakfast was nice, but waiters were almost always confused. The location was excellent, and the view was stunning."

"Perfect location. Clean and helpful staff. Delicious food, the breakfast staff were excellent, the young lady was always smiling and very helpful."

"Amazing staff and the perfect location. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend!"

"Rooms are very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast."

"It was a very unique small scale grand hotel in the historic center of Istanbul. Beautifully maintained and authentic property. The head concierge Omer was delightful and most accommodating. The staff at the desk and the Bell Captain were polite and gracious. I would recommend their restaurant on the top level."

"amazing hotel but the staff at rooftop was really rude, and kept asking if we were staying here and refused us entry. the staff always questioned if we were actually staying here"

"Great location and staff service from this hotel. The staff even gave us tips to spot scammers that prey on tourists around the city, and that was really helpful so we don't let that ruin our vacation"

"The Restaurant crew was very pushy for tips. Anything to push you to compensate for anything that they were were supposed to do . The prices compared to the quality of the food was not in par."

"フロントのスタッフが横柄で感じが悪い。聞くまでまともに施設の設備(ジム・プール等)の説明なし。 滞在を楽しみにしていましたが、残念な気持ちで過ごしました。"
