내부 관리가 잘되어있고, 주차공간(외부)도 넓어서 좋음. 선유도 들어갔다가 나와서 숙박하기 좋은 위치. 근처에 GS25 큰 매장도 있어서 편리. 욕실 배수가 조금 느리고 샤워기 상태가 그리 좋진 않았으나, 사용하는데 문제 없었음. 가족들도 대부분 만족.
