"The property it’s being renovated, the staff are very helpful and kind. The property is very clean, and quiet. The location is great you have a little of everything close by, like Walmart, Tj max, Home Depot, buffet, public , gas station and many other stores. I highly recommend."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. They totally ignored several guests at the front desk. The room was disheveled and in poor condition. The smoke detector had been removed and only bare wires were hanging from the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the drain stops were not working. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The highlight was that the coffee tasted good and was hot. The A/C in the room barely...

"They need to pay attention to the small items. Knobs on dresser was broke. Missing vent cover in bathroom. Front desk was never there, you had to yell or call a phone number. Not consistent with continental breakfast. Better maid service. Strong cleaning smell and floors not mopped clean."

"Great place to stay the night. Had some trouble with accidentally booking two rooms. Front desk gave me the information on how to get refunded and I was refunded promptly."

"The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times."
