"I really disliked that they charge you $10 a night for parking and you're not even in a city - why charge parking when you have a massive parking lot? Also, they said it was to pay for security to watch the lot. Yet the form that I had to put on my dashboard states the hotel is not responsible for the safety of the car. So which is it? Very frustrating for sure and the staff was not at all apologetic or seemed to care about this extra hidden charge. Breakfast at the restaurant across street was...

"There was construction happening when we checked in. The front desk clerk was “matter of fact” and not super friendly. The room however was excellent and it was very comfortable. We only spent one night. Lots of restaurants nearby or a short drive away. "

"Call before you book online. Make sure someone picks up to accept/confirm your future reservation. They allowed me to book at 11pm online, nobody answered their phone, when i called next morning they said my 3day reservation was canceled, and i got charged for a whole days stay for 1 hour. Because their manager said they cancel at 12am cause I was a no show. Expedia nor the hotel gave me a refund. Take caution when booking last minute. "

"Staff (front desk) check in was disappointing. I was the only one checking in , and it seems like the lady wasn’t interested in doing her job so that’s pretty much a negative start. "Loved the place, especially with it being in the middle of Old Town, near several places to visit by walking. The place was very nice and clean, for some reason it felt more like a room from a home more so than a hotel room, a welcoming or "warmer" type of comfortable. My only complain would be that the temperature on the shower was slow to adapt. At first I thought there was no hot water, and then it was too hot and I couldn't get it to cool down."

"Didn’t see a pool. Room was mostly ok. No bugs ( I checked). Everything worked. Large tv with good selection. black out curtains were filthy. Rest of the room was acceptable. It was small room , but the price was right. I’d give it 3 stars . You get what you’re willing to pay for."
