"The room I booked number 111 was on the ground floor beside the cleaning utility in the hotel it was very noisy with carts being pushed back and forth. The pillows were high and not comfortable, there was a dog that kept barking nearly all night. I wished if I could have slept better."

"Our body wash in the shower was empty & it would be helpful to label the toiletries with larger labels."

"Great location. Huge rooms!"

"Another lovely hotel in Bend. It was within walking distance of the river and restaurants and the staff was very helpful?"

"Good experience over all. We will stay again when in the area"
