"Secluded location, but close to everything you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Second time there, and will definitely stay again!"

"It gave us a place to sleep. Room was 1/2 the size it appeared to be in the pictures. Continental breakfast was cold muffins, bagels, croissants, granola bars, yogurt and packaged hard boiled eggs. Office was closed twice due to under staffing. If we ever return to Fairbanks we won’t stay here."

"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). "The place was fine, the staff was excellent. But the only reason I made the reservation was a belated Mother’s Day for my Mom and she wanted a pool and hot tub. So when it wasn’t working when we wanted to use it, we were very disappointed . "First they checked us in and when we got to our room and there was other peoples luggage’s in the room. Then they put us in the older side which reminded me of a hospital bed and bathroom. The shades were old school and it was daylight all night in our room. The place was so crowded with all the tour buses that always stay there. I’ve stayed there before and it wasn’t as bad but will not stay there again"
