"The room was ok. There were no outlets to charge your phone. That is so important to have in a hotel room when your traveling. I was really disappointed in the room. You cannot really fit into the bathroom. The door if open to bathroom does allow you to get to toilet paper. The sink is outside the bathroom. Its not very appealing to have to use the sink and its in another room. Who thought of that hot mess. The breakfast needs a little help to be honest. No teas, or coffee options, creamer, no...

"When we were checking in the front staff was very rude. They did not have any pet friendly rooms available but for $100 extra we could get a regular room (extra was to pay for a "deep cleaning"). Usual pet fee was $15. I thought this was bogus, asked to cancel my reservation. They said since we booked through Expedia we have to go through them. "The hotel was great! The gentleman who checked us in was terrific! He even went above and beyond to help an older couple who seemed very confused and having trouble remembering where their room was. He walked them there and made sure they got in safely. My only complaint is that there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance from hotel."
