"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. We normally ate breakfast in a city restaurant or market, but when we did have the hotel's buffet breakfast it was excellent with lots of choices. Having the dinner at Tenkai was one of the highlights of our trip. Our king city-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with memorable views of Seoul. Sunrise over Seoul perfection!
The location was perfect for us because it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Seoul neighborhoods. The hotel sits atop a steep hill, and while there is a convenience store within walking distance, most guests will likely rely on taxis or the hotel's shuttle service to nearby subway stations. The shuttle was very convenient, although it does not operate 24 hours a day. My only minor criticism is that the lobby felt somewhat dark. Overall, an excellent stay that I would happily recommend."
