"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber könnte in Zukunft gern etwas schneller sein. Leider ist die Bratpfanne im Apartment nicht für den vorhandenen Induktionsherd geeignet. Und ich hatte mich so auf Rührei gefreut! Ansonsten ein schönes Apartment mit schönem Ausblick. Ich komme gerne wieder!"

"ホストの方は大変親切で、こちらの要望に迅速にご対応いただき文句ありませんでした。一方、現地スタッフの対応ですが　・トイレットペーパーを備え忘れた上に何度か追求してから対応する　・レセプションに上記を伝えた際にホストに連絡するようにとだけ回答し、何もサポートをしてくれない　・ルームカードが度々正しくワークせず、ロック解除されない。更に対応依頼した際に特にお詫びの言葉もなく、淡々と処理だけする・レセプションの応対がやたら時間かかるように見受けられる等、不満点が多々見受けられました。"
