"Very easy to find, clean place, and kind owner. The smoke alarm battery died pretty late at night causing a beeping noise and he came out immediately to fix it. Very beautiful landscape all around."

"Room had AC which is rare for Ireland, glad we had it during July heatwave. There is a small lift, elevator, to easily get luggage upstairs to the rooms. The attached restaurant pub on the first floor has lots of character; it being a former monastery, 300 yrs old. Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Setting was quiet. Plenty of parking in large parking lot next to building. We would enjoy staying here again."

"A delightful hotel in a quieter part of town. Room was lovely overlooking the river and was so peaceful and quiet (bar the seagulls). Breakfast was filling - worth getting. Was a quick walk into the centre of Waterford so a great place to base yourself for touring the city and seeing the main sights."
