"Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room."

"Dirty property"

"Within walking distance to restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean with microwave fridge and coffee maker. Staff pleasant. Housekeeping scheduled every other day, but can request often or more towels. Best part was the hot Breakfast which changed daily -eggs, meat with potatoes and waffle maker with 2 batter flavors and toppings. Also had cold selections cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs."

"I had a room with a connecting door and at 11.30 pm the next door room arrived and were loud and kept banging the door . The bathroom was tiny not worth the high price"

"I had to ask for a new room because of mold around the door frame, they brought a worker to my room and they tried to tell me it was just the color of the walls…it was 100% not the color of the walls. I told Them I wasn’t comfortable and asked for a new room which they gave me. We had tornado sirens and weather and they did not offer any safe space or even talk to all of us that came down to the lobby to be safe. The whole hotel smelled, hallways and rooms.
