Not enough staff available so had to wait a little to check in. Room was decent. Plenty of space with a nice modern bathroom suite and shower. "The photos and overall rating of this hotel is a lie. I believe it was once a nice hotel but it is no longer. After a long wait at reception ringing the bell we was greeted by a man wearing blue gloves that he had just been cleaning with in scruffy clothes who took us to an uncleaned room with sticky bathroom floor, dead insects and used towels. The bed looked to have collapsed on one side and the code to room was a very secure of the room number followed by 2 zeros. We sought alternative...

"This was a surprise packet! One of the least expensive BnB options we have been experiencing but almost everything was done so well. Fresh, clean, comfortable, great staff, good breakfast. Close enough to Wrexham town centre for good accessibility by car but it just seems as if it is more in the country than the city."
