"Room was clean and good size. Bathroom was very nice and modern. The lobby was under repair and boarded off, felt tight and quite drab and there was no warning beforehand of the lobby renovation. Hopefully the redesign is better appointed. "

"Excellent communication with the property owner. Replaced towels very quickly as well as additional hangers. The unit is probably best suited for single travellers as the bed is small and the “second bedroom” is actually an office with a small desk in it. There is nowhere onsite to store luggage which is really unfortunate for travellers. The unit could use some finishing (walls are scuffed, outlets need refinishing) but the unit was very clean and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Some...

"The property is great! There are shops nearby, you can walk or take the tram into the center or any areas of Toronto. The Staple Center, the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and Harbour Front Centre are all in walking distance. The only reason I am giving the amenities a 3 out of 5 is because there was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service. You had to go out to get food. Otherwise, a great hotel. I would book again!"
