The hotel is beautiful with luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and satiny sheets. The breakfast buffet is spectacular with Vietnamese and western food. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is terrific in the central city. The taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel was inexpensive and short. Robert Glenney
Hotel was decent and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel has free breakfast with many options including chicken and beef pho. I would stay here again.
We stayed just for 1 night before doing the Ha Giang Loop. Nice room and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for 4 days while we did the motorbike trip.
We had a great stay here. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, except that the coffee was not hot. I am not sure why. We stayed three nights and the coffee were never hot in the morning. We really enjoyed the area the hotel is in. During the weekend the street in front of the hotel becomes part of the city's night market and entertainment. It's not a big gathering, but enough to gave us some cultural experiences. The hotel is also in walking distances to restaurants so you don't really need to get a taxi. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Ha Giang.
Overall the hotel staff and the room are excellent, except for the check-in. Expedia advised via email that check-in is at 6am, we got the hotel at 3am and were made to wait for 3 hours, ie. 6am. The room was available but the lone reception staff refused to make concession! We had to sleep on the couches 😞.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was very good overal #1005, but if being very very picky. There was little metal thing on floor looked like a vacuum part or something. The vacuum missed a little bit of stuff in one spot. The entire room wasn't wiped down from top to bottom. Otherwise the room was very good. There no instructions for using climate control in the room. Someone in there infinite wisdom put it between the beds at night table level without a tilt screen instead of eye level. Our country does not typically use this type of controller. I don't think they could have made it more difficult to use if they tried. In fairness a guy came right up when i complained and got the heat on. It would be nice if they asked temperature prefferrence when booking and precondition the room as some units take so long to repond. Also the phone had no instructions or information on how they billed with it. I did not even know how to call the front desk. Attention to detail goes along way in my books. The place was what you expect but lacked the extra touches to be great. You get the idea they are relying on the pretty, smiling reception selling the place not a cohesive effort to be great.
Our suit was amazing but it wasn't cleaned properly and we had to ask them to to clean the room. Check in was also disappointing. Because first they said we didn't have a reservation with them, 15 mins later they were convinced we had a reservation but this time they gave us a double room although we booked a suit. We had to go to the reception to tell them about the mistake. Check in was extremely disappointing. However, we were compensated for the mistakes and the cleanliness issue, therefore we were happy to stay. The construction at the pool area right under our suit starts at 6am. The second time we stayed, the president of a neighbouring country was staying in the hotel, therefore, there was no construction that time. We didn't enjoyed the breakfast. Car park is also under construction and it is a total mess down there.
