"Room was decent. There were stains on the pillowcases, the bathroom was breaking, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the sink faucet was very loose, you could hear everything in the hall and through the walls, it wasn’t the cleanest the places, they never cleaned the rooms, and in the parking lot something happened to my car because their policies they don’t have anything to do at the parking lot. There was nothing they could do so they claimed. Even though there were some things that are under their jurisdiction they chose not to do anything about it. So it is true about what they say, you get what you pay for. If you just need a place for the night to sleep then it’s fine but if you were looking for more than a diet, it’s definitely not the place for you. And it seems like they don’t really care about their place and there are tons of homeless people sleeping in the parking lot in the little trees outside as well."

"There for BTS concert. The staff is soooo good. Special shout out to Ben and Alivia. Efficient. Kind. Knowledgeable. The rooms were clean. It was safe, quiet. And very convenient to RJ stadium."

"Sheets and towels had lint, hair, and were not that clean. They should fix their washer/dryers to clean them better. Also pool is ice cold no one should swim in it the entire time I was there. They also need to check shower, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom as ours were empty. "
