My reservation was cancelled without any notification. I arrived and was notified that my credit card did not go through. My room was given to another person and there were no other rooms available. This was the same credit card that I used while booking every other hotel on my trip. I arrived in Tampa after a long drive with my two sons. Finding another decent hotel in the area was impossible on a Saturday night. Hours later we ended up in a hotel where my families safety was at risk. The person at the front desk did apologize for the inconvenience.
