"The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. "This hotel is just ok. Rough around the edges (not all functioning lights in the room, some unfinished edges in the room, carpet stains, etc). Beds were pretty small for queens and blankets barely covered each bed. Pillows were awful (essentially sheets without any fill - my kids even noticed and they rarely use pillows). "Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff. Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay."

We’re begging for them to cancel, person on front desc told me no it’s too late.. if you travel as vacation it’s not a place to be. If it’s for business I think it’s good hotel. Not for travelers as vacation."
