"We stayed here only one night, but we were very happy with everything. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was big and had everything we needed, and it was clean. The breakfast was basic, but good. Parking is conveniently close."

"This hotel was terrible , we rented 2 rooms , dirty carpet in both rooms , there is only 2 electric outlet for the entire room very limited place to charge phone , laptop or any other electrical articles. The A/C did not work for 4 days in a row in either rooms , with outside temperature of 38° we couldn't sleep well . "A guest of 3 or more will either have to sleep with each other or book multiple rooms. The sofa bed mattress didn't prevent the feeling of the springs. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"We stayed one night at the Hilton and the rest of the trip at the Hyatt in Cologne. I was a little bit concerned about some of the reviews regarding getting stolen in the lobby/restaurant, but our trip was smooth with no issues. The room was spacious but a little bit outdated. The towels have stinks. I do like their heated towel rack though. To be noted, you have to pay for the water in the room."
