"Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped.
The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

"The staff were professional and welcoming. Madelyn (manager) was particularly helpful after a stressful experience at the sister property. The woman on night reception was patient and a great communicator. Kai went above an beyond to help me with my return booking to the sister property. He called ahead to ensure a smooth transition and helped me with the door. He managed my issue and took deliveries effortlessly. I am not a fan of the studio so probably won't return. "Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. "
