"Very good hotel"

"This hotel is great, great service awesome food but it needs a bit up inside in the rooms."

"As a non smoker I found the hotel to be filled with cigarette smoke. This got to all floors. The cause is the smoking coffee bar beside the Checkin area with the door left open as well was staff smoking behind the counter at breakfast time. I really found this off putting. I thought the days of returning to my room with my clothes smelling of smoke were over but I guess not. The check in staff could be abrupt and lacked service delivery skills. They do speak English but some of the female staff...

"The staff was AWESOME! And the room was always as clean as a whistle!!! One of the best things that the water pressure was fantastic! And the AC was outstanding! Ayda from housekeeping was super professional very thorough with her work and accommodating. If I ever visit Bosnia again without a doubt I'll be staying at Malak! Breakfast was great with a variety of options."

"Pricing of rooms was good, we had 2 rooms that joined together and they were both very spacious, clean and modern in design. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices and all halal."
