"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

"Friendly community, many clean and aesthetic communal spaces and amenities, large capsule bedroom with storage. Only issue was waiting for laundry :( The machine took hours to dry and long queue for only 2 machines"

"Great location. Helpful staff who will explain things well. The room was clean. They use the old school small towels, so if you aren't used to that, you may be surprised when it's time to dry off after a shower. Water takes about a minute to get warm, just be patient."
