"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they had free toothbrushes available. So that was greatly appreciated. "

"To begin, they demand extra money to check me in, exactly $50 dollars, which they promised that will be refunded, they only refunded $21. Then, when I get to the room, it was grossly, the towel were dirty, roaches, I stay till 3Am cleaning by myself the room. The only reason I stay there is because I travel to that town to take care of some legal/court matter that required in person attendance, I will give them minus zero."

"Clean and comfortable"

"Room was filthy and nothing worked. When we call the front desk and tried to tell them that the a/c was stuck on heat and the room was 78 degrees she said to turn the a/c up to 80 and then it would work. It only made the room hotter (obviously). We called again and she ignore our call 3 times. The hair dryer started smoking when we tried to us it."

"Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked without issue. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Nice large TV. Quiet location with easy access to I-70/I-81. I will be staying here again in a few weeks as it works perfectly for a one night stay. Coffee was hot and strong and I have to issues to note. "

"Staff was nice, property needs attention. My AC and water shut off about an hour into my stay. I came to the front desk to let the staff know that i am moving to different hotel because i was not too happy about what happen and the condition of the room. Staff apologize and told me that there is nothing he can do."
