"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

"We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful on our arrival. Our room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. This hotel is just a 6 to 10 minute walk to St. Vincent‘s Hospital which was our reason for booking, and we were extremely happy with our choice. We would most definitely stay again"

"As an older woman travelling alone it was wonderful to feel so safe from the secure brightly lit car park, to the fact it was the safest and most comfortable I have felt while travelling alone. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Bathroom was spotless. Will definately be my go to on return trips."

"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"We loved staying as a family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, but we only needed it for sleep. The breakfast buffet was good. We also used the indoor pool with the kids. It would be nice if it were a bit warmer for winter. Otherwise, it was nice to stay close to the shopping center to do some shopping and eat a variety of food. The parking had good space as well."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "
